Let's Close
Choose your closing date. We can close in 21 days or less — and get you paid before you move a single box. Then take up to 21 more days to move out at your own pace. Leave behind anything you don't want. I'll handle everything else. I'll prepare the TREC 1-4 Contract for your review, walk you through the transaction from my perspective as the buyer, and get everything sent to the title company to open escrow.
